VILLAGE OF ALLEN
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
June 25, 2024
The Village Board of Trustees met in special session June 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Allen Village Office. Chairman Jay Jones called the meeting to order with Trustees Judy Nice, Brett Koeppe, Dean Chase, and Derick Nice answering roll. Chairman Jones informed the audience where to find the posted copy of the Open Meetings Act. In the absence of Clerk Jean Rahn, Chairman Jones appointed Trustee Judy Nice as acting clerk.
Discussion was held on pursuing USDA funding to complete water connection improvements between Allen and Concord. Motion was made by Brett Koeppe, to pursue USDA funding to complete water connections improvements between Allen and Concord and direct the clerk to make the application to obtain the USDA funding to complete the Allen to Concord water main improvements and make Anthony Guenter a representative so he can review the application online. Seconded by Derick Nice. All present voted aye, motion carried.
Being no further business, Derick Nice made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Brett Koeppe. All voted aye, motion carried. Meeting adjourned 7.10 p.m. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Allen, Nebraska will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. July 8, 2024 in the Village Office.
